This will also be complimentary to your in-salon development, helping drive the learners to gain confidence, successfully achieving their goals and that of your salon. This could be at level 2 - becoming a qualified hairdresser or by stretching and developing your qualified stylists into achieving level 3 – advanced standards, which will boost your salons expertise.

What we can offer the trainee

If you are a school leaver bursting with enthusiasm and have dreamt of becoming a hairdresser, then Peter Prosser Training is the place for you.

Together with his team, Peter Prosser and Centre Coordinator run the high-tech, multi facilitated training school. With over 40 years of experience, learners will train under the watchful eye of Peter and his team, which will guarantee you the best training possible, without the expense of travelling to London. Supported by Riverside Training who offer vast experience in quality assurance, our learners achieve NVQ level 2 (National Vocational Qualification, government approved certificate) and are encouraged to progress to level 3, which is an advanced study of hairdressing to ‘A’ level standard.

Learners are encouraged to work at their own pace, thus ensuring qualifications are gained sooner rather than later, which is within two years. The very latest in computer technology enables learners to complete their course work which is then sent directly off to City & Guilds to be marked fairly and accurately. Everyone is individual and has different needs and requirements, as a selective training establishment we have the facilities to meet our learners needs.
